Jack Cogger and Adam Elliott are out, Fa'amanu Brown comes into the starting side at halfback, Corey Harawira-Naera moves into the starting pack and Chris Smith joins the interchange bench.
Michael Lichaa and Ofahiki Ogden remain in the 19-man squad as reserves with final team lists to be confirmed one hour prior to kick-off (3.05pm, Sunday).
