Bulldogs Academy Team List: Round 6

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Junior Representative sides have been named for Round 6 of their respective seasons.

This week the Lisa Fiaola Cup and Tarsha Gale Cup teams take on the South Sydney Rabbitohs, the Harold Matthews Cup side takes on the Central Coast Roosters, while the SG Ball Cup Bulldogs face Balmain.

A word from the Coach, Vanessa Foliaki: 

"The girls were happy with the win last week but we know we need to lift our standard if we want to play finals football," she said.

If we can minimise our errors, complete above 90% and keep turning up for one another in defence, we'll put ourselves in a good position to win this game.

A word from the Coach, Nik Wolfgramm:

"Again, the focus is on being the best version of us as possible," he explained.

That means limiting errors, completing our sets and really working hard for each other in defence.

A word from the Coach, Steve Turner:

"I was really happy with how the boys hung in until the end to score two late tries in five minutes to come away with a draw," he said.

You learn a lot from those kind of games and we will be better for it this week when we face Balmain.
