Bulldogs To Celebrate Members This Saturday

As a double-header returns to Belmore Sports Ground this Saturday, the Bulldogs are also bringing a range of celebratory activities to life to thank our 20k+ Members in 2023.

The Club reached new heights earlier this month, as our Membership based soared well over 20,000 Members for the first time since 2016.

Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton said it was amazing to see so many blue and white faithful pledge their commitment to the team:

“From everyone at the Bulldogs, we want to thank all those who have committed to our Club as members. The future is very bright with you on board as we build towards something pretty special here at the Club,” Warburton added.

“We have so many things to look forward to on and off the field. As our Academy continues to grow stronger and stronger, so too does our supporter base and for this, we can’t thank our members enough."

In recognition of the support, the Club announced that it’s Round 20 Belmore home game against the Broncos on Saturday, July 15, would be dedicated to our Members – announced as Members Appreciation Round.

To further celebrate the 20,000 Members+ milestone, the Club also revealed plans for an exclusive Members Family Fun Day which will take place this Saturday, June 17 at Belmore.

“To celebrate our Club reaching this milestone, we want to invite all our Members to join us at Belmore Sports Ground for this family fun extravaganza. It will be a chance to mingle with the players, get some autographs, support our pathways players and enjoy some free activities on the Club," said Warburton.

Not only will Saturday be a day of celebration of strength in numbers and a way for the Club to thank the unwavering support of our Pack, but it will be a chance for them to mingle with the players, see Captain's Run ahead of our Round 16 clash against the Sharks (from 11:30am), get some autographs (from 12pm) and check out the next generation of Bulldogs players coming through the ranks (from 2:00pm).

Both the Club's Jersey Flegg and NSW Cup sides will line up to play the Panthers on Saturday, meaning Members can enjoy a family fun afternoon that is capped off with some exhilarating footy.

The Bulldogs Jersey Flegg side will feature some of the Club's brightest young talent, while the NSW Cup team will feature a star-studded line up with players like Jackson Topine (c), Josh Reynolds, Ryan Sutton, Blake Wilson and more set to play.
