Marshall-King sidelined with foot injury

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs can confirm Jeremy Marshall-King will be sidelined for six to eight weeks with a foot injury.

The hooker picked up the injury during the Bulldogs loss to the Broncos and was sent for scans on Sunday with the results showing he has suffered a mid-foot ligament injury to his left foot and will require surgery this week.

Marshall-King was also sidelined for the opening round after suffering a low-grade Lisfranc injury in the All Stars match.
