Bundaberg Tickets Announced: Bulldogs v Dolphins

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have today announced first-access to the NRL Premiership Round 22 Bulldogs v Dolphins game, with tickets to be available exclusively to Members as soon as May 29.

The July 30 match, which is to be played at Bundaberg’s Salter Oval, will mark just the second NRL fixture to come to the Bundaberg region and the Bulldogs has launched a new Membership specifically for those in area to guarantee their access to this hot-in-demand event.

Following on from last years’ Bulldogs v Cowboys sell-out success, the Round 22 fixture is set to be yet another exciting event for the local Bundaberg community and planning for a number of match-day activities and local business and charity partnerships is already underway.

Matt Burton and Josh Addo-Carr will once again run out at Salter Oval when the Bulldogs return to play their Round 22 home match there in July.

Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton whilst travelling in the region today, said that access and a great match-day experience were of paramount consideration for local and travelling Bulldogs fans.

“Last year was the first-ever NRL match to be played in Bundaberg and the local community made a great statement for the appetite of elite sporting events when they snapped up the tickets within just 48 hours of going on sale,” Warburton said.

After the 2022 match, we promised to bring in more grandstand seats, improve vantage points and elevate the match-day experience for all those who choose to come along and support in 2023. I am pleased to say that we will be delivering on that promise and have been working extremely closely with Council to ensure that this is the case.

“Beyond that, we have now launched an official, Bundaberg Membership that will stand to go on-sale on Monday May, 29 and offer locals a guaranteed way to access the event where another sell-out is imminent.

“We have brought this match to the incredibly supportive local community, and we want to ensure they can enjoy this wonderful event taking place in their own hometown.”

While first-chance access to the match will go on sale in 1.5 weeks’ time (available only via a Bundaberg Membership), the general public will need to wait until June 8 for their chance to secure a seat.

Memberships will start from as low as $70.00 and not only include access to the match, but a range of additional benefits including but not limited to an invitation to an exclusive Members Open Training and player signing session, a $40.00 member pack credit, plus further merchandise discounts and more. Each Bundaberg Member will also receive complementary entries to win across a number of match day experiences.

General admission tickets will range from $30.00 for standing and $100.00 for grandstand seats. Family passes will be available, but all ticket sales as released on June 8 will be subject to availability, provided they are not exhausted prior.

The Bulldogs v Dolphins NRL Premiership match is supported by both the Bundaberg local council and the Queensland Government through Tourism and Events Queensland.

With their support as well as that of the local community, the Bulldogs have been able to return this home-match to the area. By doing so, the Bulldogs hope that they can continue to help stimulate the local economy and attract even more elite sporting events to the region.
