Bulldogs women's side named to face Magpies

Our Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Women's side will look to bounce back in the second round of the Harvey Norman Womens Premiership competition this Saturday, when they play away to the Wentworthville Magpies at Ringrose Park from 4:00PM AEST.

Coach Lisa Fiaola's side are on the hunt for their maiden win of the 2020 season after suffering a 22-0 loss to the Central Coast Roosters in Round 1 at Terry Lamb Complex, Chester Hill.

Their opposition will also be in search of a win to kick start their campaign, after falling to the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks 28-14 last weekend.

NRLW Womens Maori All Star representative Maddison Wetherall has been promoted to the starting line-up, with Grace Li bolstering the backrow.

A new look right edge has been named, with 2018 Australian PM XIII tourist Rikeya Horne pairing up with Abbi Church to take on the Magpies.
