Injury Update: Holland to miss Cowboys match

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs came through their season opener against the Parramatta Eels with no injury concerns.

Jeremy Marshall-King, Nick Meaney, Christian Crichton and Raymond Faitala-Mariner who all missed the trials due to injury got through their first game with no dramas and have recovered ready for round two.

Unfortunately Kerrod Holland didn’t take to the field last Thursday night and has picked up a minor knee complaint in training since the fixture and will miss this week’s match against the North Queensland Cowboys.

Meanwhile Kieran Foran (shoulder) has started running on the field under the guidance of the club’s medical staff and continues to improve his strength, Chris Smith (knee) is out of the brace and is coming along nicely and Marcelo Montoya (knee) is going well with a expected return to play date in round four or five.
