ISP Team List v Panthers

Steve Georgallis has finalised his line-up for the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs qualifying final against the Penrith Panthers this Saturday September 1, 1:10pm.

The Bulldogs finished fourth at the end of the regular season, while the Panthers claimed the minor premiership and claimed top spot after 24 rounds which gives them a home final.

Georgallis has named Jack Nelson in the 13-jersey due to Clay Priest being ruled out with a knee injury and he has shifted Josh Bergamin to the interchange bench with 19-year-old Morgan Harper to start in the centres.

Local junior Lachlan Burr will start from the bench with Francis Tualau to start in the front-row.

Canterbury head into the finals off the back of three consecutive wins, including a 22-14 victory over the Wentworthville Magpies at Ringrose Park last Sunday.

The Bulldogs and Panthers have met on two occasions throughout the season with Penrith claiming victories in both encounters, including a two-point nail-biter at Belmore in round 15.

The winner of this match will have a week off and progress to the preliminary final in week three, while there is a second chance for the side that goes down on Saturday.
