New recruit, Brett Morris took on his first public outing in the Bulldogs colours on Tuesday during a community visit to Campsie Public School with twin brother Josh.

The two Kiama juniors were keen to kick off the 2015 season in the community, spending time at local school Campsie Public where they spoke to student during assembly about Brett’s move to the Bulldogs, healthy choices as players and hosting some tough questions from the crowd.

In reaction to a student who asked the pair which twin was oldest, Josh replied “I was born 10 minutes before Brett; therefore I am the quickest on the field.”

Brett, new to the Canterbury area was keen to get out into the community straight away and meet some young Bulldogs fans.

“It was great to get out into my new local community.”

“The kids at Campsie Public School were well behaved and it was great to be able to talk to the young Bulldogs fans in the heart of our area.” Brett told during an interview with Bulldogs digital.

Brett also fielded questions from the media, who were keen to get their first interview with Brett as a Bulldog.

Brett spoke about his intent to play with his brother being the major factor in the move to canterbury.

"The writing was on the wall, that he (Josh) was at the Dogs for a long term deal... as I said it was a very hard decision, but I think the brotherly bond we share was too much."
