Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Coach Des Hasler has today named his side to take on the Eels at ANZ Stadium on Friday night. The Bulldogs and Eels will play for the Bandaged Bear Cup in support of The Children’s Hospital at Westmead.

Five-eighth Josh Reynolds has taken the early guilty plea on both of his charges handed down by the match review committee and will miss three matches. Moses Mbye has been named in his position and will make his sixth appearance in the NRL. Sam Kasiano has been ruled out for at least a month with an ankle injury, with Aiden Tolman being named in the starting side and Reni Maitua comes back into the 17 on the interchange bench.

Centre Josh Morris knows there is a lot at stake this Friday night.

“It’s been frustrating that I’ve been out but last Friday night it was just as frustrating being out there on the field,” Morris said. “We need a win and we need it this week.

“Rugby league is a simple game and what we need to do is hold on to the ball. That has to be and will be our main focus this week.”
