Re-live the 1986 ANZAC Day Match
A 12 man Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs team defeated the South Sydney Rabbitohs 26-2 at the SCG in 1986 on ANZAC Day.
It was AANZAC Day and not long after the whistle went for the kick-off, the Bulldogs lost Peter Kelly who was sent from the field for a high tackle in the opening seconds.
It was the quickest send off seen in Sydney rugby league, but it did not stop the Bulldogs defeating the Rabbitohs on this special day.
The Bulldogs went on to win 26-2 in a remarkable display of character and commitment.
