Bulldogs TV spoke with David Klemmer about his return to the field after a knee injury and toe injury which has sidelined him for an extensive period of time.

Young front-rower David Klemmer returns to the field this weekend after been named in the squad to take on the Melbourne Storm in the Charity Cup.

It's been a tough period for Klemmer with a knee injury ending his 2013 season and a toe injury early into the 2014 pre-season which disrupted his campaign, but on the back of an extensive rehab program and the commitment to get back playing before the season started, has been a real positive for him.

"I'm excited to be back with the boys...really looking forward to getting back out there," said Klemmer.

The Bulldogs will play the Melbourne Storm this weekend at Suncorp Stadium on Sunday. Tickets available HERE We want you on our team.
