Bulldogs TV caught up with front-rower Tim Browne as returned to training after the Christmas break.

After playing 14 games for the club in 2013, front-rower Tim Browne will be looking to put his best foot forward over these next few weeks to put his hand up to be apart of the 17 for the round one clash with Brisbane.

The front-rower has really found his feet over the past 12 months, after a horrible knee injury disrupted his football early in his career, but he really knuckled down and worked hard at his game and his rehabilitation on his knee to play some good footy over the course of the 2013 season.

He had a great seven weeks leading up to Christmas and with less than five weeks until the first trial, working on the small things in his game is a focus for Browne.

"Working on my catch-pass, my line speed, my footwork and making sure i get my body right in the gym are areas I am focusing on," said Browne.
