After going down 34-24 last weekend against the Warriors, its fair to say the Holden Cup side did have their chances to close the game out but failed to put the New Zealand side away

Coach Patmore said.

We were in the hunt all the time, but have to fix a couple of things.

Letting the game slip away, was also echoed by skipper Moses Mbye.

We were the better team in patcheswe let the game slip away which was disappointing, but we will be back.

After back to back losses the team know how important this weekend is. Another road trip, but an opportunity for the Holden Cup side to travel up the F3 and get the result they are after.

Another travel tripwe will get on the bus on Sunday morning and make sure we are ready, Patmore said.

Heading to Newcastle holds no fear for the young pups.

We have travelled to Newcastle before and been pretty successfulI think the boys are keen and looking forward to bouncing back, Mbye said.

No better feeling than winning away and after the two losses, a win on the road for our Holden Cup side is what they will be after.
