Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Coach Jim Dymock is to leave the club to take up an Assistant role with the Sharks.
Dymock, who played for the Bulldogs between 1993-95, has been an Assistant Coach at the club since 2008.
Chairman Ray Dib praised Dymock's time at the club: "Jim has been a tremendous servant of the Bulldogs club, both as a player and a coach. During the recent interview process for the Head Coaching role that we gave to Dean Pay, Jim presented extremely well and it was a very tough call to make. We understand, however, Jim's desire to be a Head Coach and although we are very sad to see him leave, he does so with our best wishes. He will always be welcomed back to the Bulldogs."
Dymock, spoke glowingly of his time with the Bulldogs: "I have had a fantastic time at the Bulldogs, both as a player and coach. The club will always have a special place in my heart and I take away some great memories. Right now, though, I just felt as though the time is right for a fresh start as I look to continue my coaching career, with a view towards becoming a Head Coach one day. I wish the Bulldogs every success for the future."
