Why sign up to Team Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs?

Exercise is a great method of staying on top of your mental health. A large volume of research has found that exercise can significantly reduce mild to moderate depression.

You can help Black Dog Institute raise vital funds for:

  • Research into Suicide prevention and clinical treatment.
  • Expand our education programs throughout metropolitan and regional Australia.
  • Diagnose mood disorders accurately and early

One in five Australians will experience a mental illness in their lifetime but less than 50% seek professional help - often with tragic consequences.
