After kicking six from six against the Roosters in Round 11, centre Kerrod Holland came up with some shanks in round 12 against the Raiders.

Holland stood tall in his first NRL game when he was called upon to convert a late Moses Mbye try in round two against the Penrith Panthers on full time to give the Bulldogs a two point victory.

The Singleton Greyhounds junior has been a real find for the Bulldogs in 2016 and is quickly adjusting to life as an NRL player.

“I’m a young player, so I’m just learning the ropes off everyone looking down on you and under the bright lights it gets difficult at times, but hopefully I can put my best foot forward and put the ball between the posts,” said Holland.

It’s been a mixed bag for Holland with the boot since his memorable debut, but putting in the extras off the field is his key focus.

“It’s purely training.”

“The game against the Roosters I didn’t hit them well in training and I went out there and kicked six from six, but the week against

Canberra I hit them sweet and in the game it was the total opposite.

“Every week Moses, Brad Abbey and I do a bit of work with Daryl (Halligan) and fine tune a few things.”

If you are unable to commit to the full season but would love to cheer us on for some games, then the 3 ANZ Home game membership is the one for you.
