With the NRLW season kicking off this weekend, here's your go-to guide on every player in the 2026 squad before they take the field on Sunday, July 5. 

From the competition's star players, fan favourites, up and comers and new faces, here is your 2026 NRLW roster.

Top 24 

Alexis Tauaneai 

A dynamic forward that thrives in the middle of the field, 21-year-old Alexis Tauaneai (Bulldogs no.12) was a member of the Kiwi Ferns side that reached the 2024 Pacific Championships Final. Earmarked as a star of the future, Tauaneai showed her prowess in the middle of the field, playing both in the second row and front row throughout 2025.

Andie Robinson  

Star fullback Andie Robinson (Bulldog no.10) is coming off a watershed year that saw her crowned the Bulldogs NRLW Player of the Year in the Club’s inaugural season after returning to the field from a serious knee injury.

Fleet-footed and committed in defence, Robinson is the centrepiece of the Bulldogs attack.  

Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa 

Co-Captain Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa (Bulldog no.2) is the cornerstone of the Bulldogs’ forward pack.

A front rower with the ability to play anywhere in the engine room, ‘Teka’ is arguably one the competition’s toughest middles, and is a New Zealand representative at Test level. 

Ashleigh Quinlan  

One of three Kiwi Fern representatives, Ashleigh Quinlan (Bulldog no.9) enters her fourth season in the NRLW as a senior member of the Bulldogs’ squad.

 Coming from a Touch Football background, Quinlan is a senior member of the squad and will be out to guide the Bulldogs to the finals, having taken Parramatta to the 2022 Grand Final alongside close teammate Tayla Preston.

Bridget Hoy  

An electric winger with a knack for finding the line, Bridget Hoy (Bulldog no.6) enters her second year with the Bulldogs after arriving in Belmore in the Club's inaugural season.

After featuring in four matches in 2025, Hoy will be out to solidify a spot in the Bulldogs' backline. 

Daynah Nankivell 

One of the new faces in the squad, Daynah Nanikvell joins the Bulldogs from Japanese rugby club Yokohama TKM, with whom she recently won the National Women’s Rugby Championship title with.

The 25-year-old New Zealand product has also previously spent time with the Auckland Blues Super W side and will push for a spot in the outside backs.

Ebony Prior  

 A crafty hooker that brings speed and footwork, Ebony Prior (Bulldog no.8) is another player with plenty of NRLW experience in the squad.

A City representative in the Under 19s National Championships, the tough-as-teak Prior took ownership of the Bulldogs' no.9 jersey in 2026, and will have plenty to prove with a number of youngsters gunning for the starting spot. 

Elizabeth MacGregor  

After starring in the Club's lower grades, Elizabeth MacGregor (Bulldog no.22) was one of the finds of 2025, solidifying a spot on the wing, scoring seven tries in eight games in her debut season.

Fast, athletic and able to play anywhere in the backline, the Parkes Spacemen junior will be out to continue her run of tries in 2026.

Evah McEwen  

A powerful second rower, Evah McEwen has had a rapid rise in the women’s game, earning selection in the Under 19s NSW Origin squad, while also making her international debut for Samoa in 2024.

Joining the from the Newcastle Knights, McEwen is set to continue her ascension in the NRLW at Belmore.  

Evelyn Roberts  

A talented half, 18-year-old Evelyn Roberts is another New Zealand product, who played her junior rugby league alongside fellow Bulldogs Giovanna Suani and Mary-Jane Taito.

A versatile player who can fill it at hooker, Roberts starred in the Lisa Fiaola Cup Premiership-winning side of 2024, before claiming the BMD Player of the Year, guiding the Brisbane Tigers to the Premiership. 

Hope Millard 

A member of the 2023 Tarsha Gale Cup Premiership-winning Illawarra Steelers outfit, Hope Millard (Bulldog no.18) showed great potential in her first year in the NRLW in 2025.

A NSW Sky Blues Under 19s State of Origin representative, Millard has been described as a workhorse with all the requirements of Bulldogs DNA in her game, and became a mainstay of the side after debuting in Round 3 last season.

Latisha Smythe  

Latisha Smythe (Bulldog no.11) holds the distinction as the first female player to progress from the Canterbury-Bankstown District Junior Rugby League to the NRLW.

A Greenacre Tigers junior, Smythe is a talented edge and middle forward who made her NRLW debut in 2025, having also played in the Test arena for Fiji. 

Ma’atuleio Fotu-Moala  

Ma'atuleio 'Leio' Fotu-Moala (Bulldog no.24) made the transition from the wing to the middle of the field in 2025, showing plenty of strength and skill in the pack.

A Tonga XIII representative, Fotu-Moala brings a powerful carry and was an imperative member of the squad, with the ability to shift into the backline when required. 

Mary-Jane Taito 

Another youngster looking to make her mark on the NRLW, 18-year old Mary-Jane Taito is one of three Bulldogs to come from the Mangere East club in New Zealand.

A craft hooker, Taito arrived at the Bulldogs in 2023 via the New Zealand PUPS program, and went on to win her first piece of silverware the next year as part of the 2024 Lisa Fiaola Cup Premiership-winning side. 

Moana Courtenay  

Named the Club's Rookie of the Season in their inaugural year, Moana Courtenay (Bulldog no.4) also holds the distinction as the first try-scorer for the Bulldogs in NRLW.

A talented rugby union convert, the Tongan XIII representative possesses a combination of speed, power and skill. 

Monica Tagoai  

Monica Tagoai (Bulldog no.19), a New Zealand Black Ferns representative since the age of 18, has enjoyed a promising trajectory since joining from the fifteen-a-side code.

One of the most powerful centres in the competition, Tagoai was relatively late to debut but proved to be a force out wide in 2025, and will be looking forward to an even bigger 2026. 

Paea Uilou 

Another graduate from the Club’s Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership side, Paea Uilou (Bulldog no.20) is another powerful forward with a big presence in the middle of the field.

Still only 21, the Tongan Test representative continued her ascent in the women's game with a debut in Round 3 of the 2025 NRLW season.

Pani Hopoate  

Kalosipani Hopoate (Bulldog no.14) enters her second season at the Club, having established herself as a powerhouse interchange forward, often swinging momentum in the Bulldogs' favour at the mid-way point of matches.

A Tongan XIII representative, 'Pani' enters her fifth season in the NRLW despite being just 22 years of age, and is the younger sister of former Bulldog Will. 

Pauline Suli-Ruka  

A star of the future, Pauline Suli-Ruka (Bulldog no.23) made a meteoric rise to the NRLW, making her debut in Magic Round last year.

As the first player to progress from the Bulldogs Academy to the Club’s inaugural NRLW squad, the versatile backrower has an impressive resume that includes selections in the 2024 NSW City Under 19s and Australian Schoolgirls. 

Shaquaylah Mahakitau-Monschau  

A young half with the ability to play hooker, ‘Shaq’ (Bulldog no.15) comes off a breakout season in the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership which saw her take ownership of the Bulldogs’ no.6 jersey after graduating from the Tarsha Gale Cup, before making her NRLW debut in Round 1 of the 2025 season. 

Simina Lokotui  

Simina Lokotui (Bulldog no.7), arrived at the Club in January of 2025, making a meteoric rise through the grades to debut in the NRLW in the same year.

A member of the Club’s New Zealand Academy, Lokotui featured in seven matches in her first season, and will be out to add more to her tally in 2026. 

Tamika Jones  

Joining the Club from the Western Force Super W program - where she took home the Force’s Player of the Year and Members’ Player of the Year Awards - Jones has been described as an exciting, powerful forward.

At just 22 years of age, she has already been earmarked for international honours in the 15-player code and is set to star in the NRLW in 2026. 

Tayla Preston  

Inspirational halfback and inaugural Co-Captain, Tayla Preston (Bulldog no.1) will be determined to steer the Bulldogs to the semi-finals after a strong first season at the Club.

Preston is a highly skilled no.7 that took the team under her wing throughout 2025, with her stand-out performance coming in Round 9 where she scored the match-winning try against her former team Cronulla. 

Waimarie Martin  

A no.9 with a high-workrate, Waimarie Martin will be looking to hone her experience as a member of the 2025 NRLW squad into a first-grade debut in 2026.

A representative for the NSW Under 19s in 2024, Martin has been elevated to a top-24 spot in the Bulldogs’ roster.

Supplementary Squad: 

Leilani Wilson 

Local junior Leilani Wilson is a Bulldog through and through, having represented the Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership side after claiming the competition’s Player of the Year Award in 2024.

A clever ball-playing forward, Wilson will be aiming to solidify a spot in the Bulldogs' forward pack in 2026. 

Giovanna Suani  

A strong, powerful presence in the middle, Giovanna Suani arrived at the Bulldogs in 2023 alongside fellow squad members Mary-Jane Taito and Evelyn Roberts via the New Zealand PUPS program.

A 2024 Lisa Fiaola Cup winner, Suani dominated in the 2026 Tarsha Gale Cup competition, scoring eight tries. 

Development Squad: 

Aliahana Fuimaono  

Another member of the 2024 Lisa Fiaola Cup Premiership-winning outfit, Fuimaono is a powerful edge back rower who has already earned representative experience with the Australian Schoolgirls and NSW City 17s in 2025. 

Leteena Medland 

An arrival from the Toowoomba Western Clydesdales in the BMD Premiership, Leteena Medland joins the Bulldogs in 2026, dominating in the Tarsha Gale Cup side that reached the second week of finals before making her NSW Women’s Premiership debut.  

Milahn Ieremia 

Another arrival of the 2023 PUPS program, Milahn Ieremia is a fleet-footed fullback able to play anywhere in the backline.

Ieremia will be looking to build on her experience in the NSW Women’s Premiership in her bid for an NRLW debut. 

Olivia Va'alele 

Captain of the 2024 Lisa Fiaola Cup Premiership side, as well as an NSW City 17s and Australian Schoolgirls representative, Olivia Va’alele is another player who has developed through the Bulldogs Academy.

Able to play in the halves and at lock, Va’alele’s versatility will be invaluable to the squad throughout 2026.
