It was a narrow loss for the NSW Cup's first outing of 2026, falling 14-10 in a low-scoring affair at Belmore Sports Ground.
It was a fast start for the Red V who scored after just two minutes, but a late try in the first stanza to Jonathan Su'A brought the scores to 6-4 at the break.
