A word from the Coach, Vanessa Foliaki:

"The team feels refreshed after the bye week," Foliaki said.

We know Souths have been unlucky in a few close losses, but our focus is always on ourselves and our preparation.

"Regardless of results, we know they're unpredictable and we need to be ready from the start."

Harold Matthews Cup (Mens Under 17s)

A word from the Coach, Mark O'Meley: 

The boys were forced to dig deep early last week,

They stayed composed and worked their way back in the contest with discipline and controlled possession. 

"The group continues to learn valuable lessons around momentum swings, the importance of completing sets and building sustained pressure."

Tarsha Gale Cup (Womens Under 19s)

A word from the Coach, Charlotte Henry: 

The team enjoyed the bye round, but we are super exited to get back out on the pitch this weekend," Henry said.

"Although results haven't gone their way, we know they are a strong side with a lot of strike power. 

"This week's focus is on us; we need to start strong, hold the ball, complete our sets and defensively dominate." 

SG Ball Cup (Mens Under 19s)

A word from the Coach, Steve Turner: 

"It was a very good win over the Central Coast," he said.

"We set the tone early with strong defence, high completions, and good field position. The boys stayed composed whenever momentum shifted.

"There's still a lot to work on, but the effort and connection across the team was excellent and a great platform to build on."
