Jaycar Return to Form on Inaugural NRLW Kit

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are proud to announce that Official Pathways Partner and Women’s Pathways Partner Jaycar will be displayed on the Club’s inaugural NRLW Jersey in 2025.

After reuniting with the Club for the 2024 season, Jaycar will elevate their commitment to the Bulldogs’ Womens Program, displayed on the upper back of the 2025 and 2026 NRLW Jersey.

Jaycar, who initially joined the Club back in 2009 through late founder Gary Johnston, enjoyed a flourishing relationship with the Bulldogs that lasted ten consecutive years, in a period that saw the NRL side make two Grand Finals appearances.

A proud Bulldogs supporter, Gary’s wife Kerry-Anne Johnston has continued to carry on his legacy as the Chair of the Jaycar Electronics Group.

Since their return in 2024, Jaycar has supported the Bulldogs’ NSW Cup, Jersey Flegg Cup, Harold Matthews Cup, SG Ball Cup, Harvey Norman Women’s Premiership, Tarsha Gale Cup and Lisa Fiaola Cup sides.

CEO Aaron Warburton was thrilled to announce the new partnership, one that continues Jaycar’s legacy with the Bulldogs.

“The Jaycar Electronic Group has long been a valued part of the Bulldogs family, and we are thrilled to see their legacy continue with this historic milestone,” he said.

Our partnership with Jaycar began in 2009 with the late Gary Johnston and his wife Kerry-Anne, whose passion for the Club was evident from the outset. Gary’s legacy lives on through Jaycar’s ongoing support, and we remain deeply grateful to Kerry-Anne for her continued dedication to the Bulldogs.

“It’s fitting to have Jaycar featured on our inaugural NRLW jersey. The Group has played a vital role in supporting our Pathways and Academy programs, and now they will be part of a landmark moment as our NRLW side takes the field for the very first time on July 4.

“Jaycar’s belief in the Bulldogs and the future of women’s rugby league is something we truly value.”

Jaycar CEO Justin Mackedie is looking towards the next stage in Jaycar's partnership with the Club.

“We are absolutely thrilled to be displayed on the Bulldogs’ inaugural NRLW Jersey,” representative said.

While we have been part of the NRL side’s jersey and supported the Club’s Academy sides in recent years, this new venture will allow us to continue to extend our partnership even further into new frontiers into the NRLW space.

“This is a historic day for the partnership between Jaycar and the Bulldogs.”
