Bulldogs Partner with St Laurence's College

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are excited to confirm a partnership with St Laurence's College Brisbane, establishing a dedicated training base for the Club's contracted players in South East Queensland.

This partnership will see Bulldogs pathways players gain access to the College's facilities, including Gair Oval and high-performance training spaces, while the Club will also provide coaching development and player engagement opportunities for St Laurence's staff and students.

Adam Hartigan, General Manager of Pathways at the Bulldogs, acknowledged the significance of securing a dedicated Queensland training hub and believes it will create a solid stepping stone for Queensland-based players in their journey to the NRL.

"This partnership with St Laurence's College is a great opportunity for our contracted players based in South East Queensland," Hartigan said.

Having a high-quality training base means those pathways players can continue developing in familiar surroundings while also experiencing the professional standards the Bulldogs expect, making any eventual move to Sydney much smoother when that time comes.

"The partnership gives our Queensland-based players the foundation they need to one day succeed at the highest levels."

Meanwhile, Principal of St Laurence’s College Ben Lowrie is equally excited about the partnership and is confident it will open doors for the school’s students and staff.

"We are incredibly excited about this partnership with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs," Lowrie said.

This partnership with the Bulldogs provides our community with incredible opportunities and we look forward to the many benefits this collaboration will continue to offer.
