Vale Notice: Doug Laughton

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs would like to express their sincere condolences to the family and friends of Doug Laughton, who has sadly passed away.

Laughton, having played for St Helens, Wigan and Widnes, arrived at the Club as a Great Britain International midway through the 1974 season.

Playing five matches for the Club, including one as Captain, Laughton returned to England before season’s end.

He held the distinction of being the 400th first-grade player for the Club.

The Bulldogs wish to pay their respects to Doug. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this difficult time.

Acknowledgement of Country
