Round 2 of the NRL Telstra Premiership takes place on Sunday, March 16 at Belmore Sports Ground in the Bulldogs' first home game of the season.

What's On

Gameday Partner: KFC

Our Round 2 Match Day Partner is KFC, the Club’s Official Quick Service Restaurant Partner, who is proudly displayed on the back of the playing and training apparel. 

Before Kick Off, make sure to visit the KFC Food Truck in Terry Lamb Reserve to score yourself some fried gold, courtesy of the Colonel himself and at half time, we've got some Finger Lickin Good surprises that'll get you cheering. Bulldogs & KFC - a winning combo. 

Keep an eye out for other Bulldogs Partners Red Bull, Kumho Tyre and Wattyl Paint will also have activations all around Belmore Sports Ground on gameday!

Fans on Field!

At the conclusion of the match - after the second siren following full-time - fans will be able to access the playing surface on Belmore Sports Ground to emulate their favourite Bulldogs stars!  

Please note access will strictly be at the direction of stadium staff. Please follow all directions accordingly.

Prayer Area for Ramadan 

The Bulldogs acknowledge that many attendees may be observing Ramadan and may wish to pray during the event.  

To support this, we will have a dedicated prayer area located outside of Gate C on the grass of Peter Moore Field, behind the hill.  

If you wish to access the prayer area, please notify security at any gate to receive a wristband, allowing you to exit and re-enter the stadium.  

We encourage guests to bring their own prayer mat, which can be left in the cloaking areas adjacent to Gates A, B and C.  

We appreciate your support and are committed to ensuring an inclusive and welcoming experience for all. 

Merchandise

Shop the range of Bulldogs 2025 merchandise at the Merchandise Outlets located in the carpark internal to Gate A (Main Entrance on West) and the Bulldogs Merchandise Van in the south precinct.  

The Bulldog Belmore on Burwood Road will also be open for business from 10:00am-6:00pm on Game Day.

Member Access

  • Reserve Seat Members: Scan their Member Card at Gate A to access the event and sit in their allocated seat. Reserve seat Members do not need to purchase a ticket. 
  • General Admission Members: Scan their Member Card at Gate B or Gate C to access the event. General Admission Members must have activated their Blue Zone and/or Kennel Membership Card prior to entering.  
  • Non-Ticketed Members: Need to purchase a ticket. Entitled to a 20% discount by using their Member ID as the password.

Bus Services

The following Sydney Bus services make stops within walking distance of Belmore Sports Ground, including routes 415, 487, 490 and 942. 

With train lines closed between Sydenham and Bankstown along the South-West T3 Line, there will be no train services available to Belmore Sports Ground. 

However, there will be replacement bus services between Sydenham and Bankstown. Click here for more information.

Driving & Parking

Traffic will be heavier than usual on roads approaching Belmore Sports Ground including Canterbury Road, Burwood Road, Leylands Parade, Edison Street, Palmer Street and Thorncraft Parade as crowds travel to and from the game. 

Some local roads may close to ensure pedestrian safety during pre, during and following the event. 

Parking is limited on local streets and car parks in the area, fans are advised to arrive early and allow additional travel time. 

Upcoming Road Closures

Edison Lane will be closed on Saturday 23 March 2024 from 7.00am through to Midnight.  

A temporary closure of the small section of Waverley Street adjacent to Belmore Sports Ground is also planned.  

Redman parade will be closed for parking and pedestrian safety purposes.  

During the closures, traffic controllers will be in attendance to provide local resident access only. 

Safety & Security, Conditions of Entry and Weather

Entering the field of play at any point of the event is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted by NSW Police with lifetime bans to NRL Events and monetary fines of up to $5500 to be enforced. This is to ensure the safety of all patrons, working staff and players. To ensure a smooth entry, please leave large bags at home. 

Prams will not be permitted on site at Belmore Sports Ground. All prams will be required to be left at a designated area in the carpark near Gate A. The Club will not be responsible for any damage, theft or loss.  

As per the Conditions of Entry, the following restricted/prohibited items are not permitted into Belmore Sports Ground:

  • Prams/strollers, scooters, roller skates, skateboards, push bikes, Segways or other unauthorised means of transportation.
  • Glass or cans, including aerosol cans or metal containers of any style
  • Alcoholic beverages and illicit drugs
  • Flares, fireworks, explosives, smoke bombs or other incendiary devices.
  • Incendiary devices
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Drones
  • Knives or other dangerous weapons
  • Chairs/stools/folding seats (disability support items permitted)
  • Tents, shelters or umbrellas.
  • Eskies and/or bags of larger dimension than 35cm in height, 20cm in width and 30cm in length (i.e. too large to be stored under a seat).
  • Cameras and recording devices (for commercial purposes) including tripods
  • Any flag poles over 1.5m in length or flags / banners over 1m x 1m in size.
  • Specific conditions may apply for some events regarding the entry of flagpoles, flags and banners.
  • Any flags or banners which contain text or images which are considered to be offensive, discriminatory, political or intimidating in nature.
  • Not to wear or otherwise display commercial, political or other offensive signage or logos
  • Whistles, hooters, and horns and other musical instruments (e.g. Drums)
  • Balloons, confetti or shredded paper
  • Animals (with the exception of certified service animals
  • Picnic rugs, blankets or any floor coverings
  • Other items as determined by Stadium management or Event Security that may cause injury or public nuisance.
