The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs 2025 NRL squad has been unveiled at the Club’s 90-Year Anniversary Gala ahead of season kick-off on March 8.
Coached by Cameron Ciraldo and captained by Stephen Crichton, the Bulldogs have bolstered their squad with an additional five recruits in what is one of the most highly anticipated seasons in the Club’s history.
Joining the squad for 2025 is versatile outside back Enari Tuala, returning Bulldog Marcelo Montoya, barnstorming Tongan representative Sitili Tupouniua, hulking front rower Tom Amone and exciting young forward Zyon Maiu’u.
Among the new faces in the NRL squad, fledgling half Mitchell Woods and front rower Jack Todd are the only members without NRL experience - however both will be pushing for an opportunity throughout 2025.
Joining Crichton as senior figures of the squad include hooker Reed Mahoney, five-eighth Matt Burton, front rower Max King, second rower Viliame Kikau and lock Kurt Mann, who will lead a talented squad that prides itself on its work ethic, discipline and passion.
The selection of backs for season 2025 features a mix of speed and finishing brilliance with the likes of fullbacks Connor Tracey and Blake Taaffe, flying wingers Blake Wilson and Jacob Kiraz, as well as strike centre Bronson Xerri.
Burton and Toby Sexton will look to continue their strong combination in the halves, with the experienced Drew Hutchison waiting in the wings.

Mahoney will have a deputy at the ready in the no.9 jersey in Jake Turpin, while super-sub and local junior Bailey Hayward adds great coverage across the park.
The front row is headed by the ever-reliable King, with trio Sam Hughes, Harry Hayes and Kurtis Morrin following his stride. Meanwhile, Ryan Sutton, Daniel Suluka-Fifita, as well as new faces Amone and Maiu’u will look to pave their way into the starting side.
Kikau and Jacob Preston formed a strong combination in 2024 in the back row, while Mann proved to be an influential figure in the no.13 jersey.
In their first season at the Club, Jaeman Salmon and Josh Curran excelled both in the starting side and coming the bench, with their versatility proving to be valuable throughout 2024.
Meanwhile, six of the Club’s brightest young talents have been included in the 2025 Development Squad.
Winger Jonathan Su’a and front rower Lipoi Hopoi got a taste of first grade throughout 2024, while State of Origin Under 19s representative Logan Spinks will be out to capitalise on his achievements, alongside fellow SG Ball teammate Sosaia Alatini.
Talented spine players Joseph O’Neill (halfback) and Patrick Young (hooker) round off the Development Squad for this season.
