Round 12 of the NRL Telstra Premiership will take place on Thursday the 23rd of May at Accor Stadium!

Don't miss a thrilling triple header, with the Clontarf State of Origin and KOE NSW Cup Bulldogs v Dragons kicking off before the main event, the opening match of the NRL's Indigenous Round as the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs take on the St George Illawarra Dragons.

It will be an emotional evening for proud Wiradjuri and Gunnggandji man Josh Addo-Carr, Dharug man Josh Curran and Bidjigal man Blake Taaffe, as they see their home ground in Accor Stadium light up for the NRL's Indigenous Round.

The Bulldogs will recognise and celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture with Members and fans during the match, with a number of special activities and entertainment planned for match goers.

Indigenous artists will perform on the field before kick-off and at halftime, while attendees will also be treated to a special light show.

Be at Accor Stadium from 3:30pm to catch all the action.

WHAT’S ON?

INDIGENOUS ROUND

The Bulldogs will open the NRL's Indigenous Round with a number of special cultural activities and performances, including a Smoking Ceremony and musical performances by the Heart Dancers, plus a very special Acknowledgement of Country by Bulldogs alumni and proud Indigenous man, Rod Silva.

A pre and post match light show will also be in full swing to the delight of match-goers.

Players will carry a special token of Club heritage and culture when they play wearing their stunning Indigenous jerseys which feature a design by Pam Brandy Hall, a proud Bundjalung artist. Several players will also wear specially painted boots in support of Cultural Choice Association Inc. Boots for Brighter Futures 2024 – which will be auctioned off at https://ccai.org.au/ in support of the program which aims to raise awareness and support the prevention of Indigenous youth suicide and its related causes in Australia.

SAPPHIRES

Sapphires, Bella and Brutus will be roaming the Concourse for photo opportunities. Come down and get your photo taken!

CLUB 18 MEMBERS LOUNGE

The Club 18 Member’s Bar has moved for the 2024 season. For Round 12, it will operate in the Level 2 Centreline Bar & Lounge from 5.15pm - 9.30pm.

  • Access via the escalators on Level 1, adjacent to Aisle 130. 
  • Members are required to display their Membership card for access.
  • Members will have the option to purchase from premium bar and food outlet options.   

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are excited to advise that further updates for our Club 18 Members Bar are to come. Coinciding with the ongoing upgrades to the Northern and Southern Terrace at Accor Stadium, the award-winning Lebanese restaurant Al Aseel will be open for the very first time at the Round 12 clash.

MERCHANDISE

The Bulldogs have launched their official 2024 Indigenous Jersey (to be worn by the players during the match) and apparel range.

You can shop the Indigenous range, as well as the full Bulldogs merchandise offering at the Merchandise Outlets located adjacent to Aisle 127 on the West (level 1) or 104 on the East (level 1) from 5:15pm.

The Bulldog Belmore on Burwood Road will also be open for business from 10:00AM – 5:00PM on Game Day.

MEMBER ACCESS

Reserve Seat Members: Scan their Member Card to access the event and sit in their allocated seat. 

General Admission Members: Scan their Member Card to access the event and sit in the Kennel or Blue Zone.  

Non-Ticketed Members: Are required to purchase a ticket for access. All Members are entitled to a 20% discount by using their Member ID as the password.

TRAFFIC & TRANSPORT

All ticketed Memberships and game day tickets include travel to and from Accor Stadium on Sydney Trains. Patrons are required to show their Membership card, ticket or proof of purchase to Sydney Trains employee at the station.

The closest station to Accor Stadium is Olympic Park.

Trains run regularly to Lidcombe where you can head to Platform Zero for a direct train to Olympic Park, running every 10 minutes until late.

LEAGUE CLUB BUSES:

  • A complimentary bus service will be running from Canterbury League Club (26 Bridge Rd, Belmore) to the Lakemba Club (cnr. The Boulevard & Quigg St) onto Accor Stadium.
  • The bus will depart Canterbury League Club at 6:45PM and arrive at Accor Stadium at approximately 7:15PM.
  • Following the game, the buses will depart the stadium once they have reached their passenger limit or approximately 30 minutes after the full-time siren. 

The following SYDNEY BUS services run to Olympic Park:

  • Route 525 runs between Parramatta and Strathfield via Sydney Olympic Park.
  • Route 526 runs from the Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf to Olympic Park.
  • Route 533 runs from Sydney Olympic Park to Chatswood via Rhodes & North Ryde.

Traffic may be heavier than usual on roads approaching Sydney Olympic Park including the M4, Parramatta Road, Homebush Bay Drive, Silverwater Road and Concord Road as fans travel to and from the event.

Sydney Olympic Park Authority may close some local roads to accommodate increased public transport services and ensure pedestrian safety during events.

PARKING: If you have to drive, we recommend carpooling with your group and pre-booking parking online in advance. There are a number of parking stations available in the Sydney Olympic Park precinct, with P1 being the closest to the stadium.

Casual parking is available in all precinct car parks at $7.00 per hour. Maximum fee is $35.00.

SAFETY & SECURITY

Entering the field of play at any point of the event is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be prosecuted by NSW Police with lifetime bans to NRL Events and monetary fines of up to $5500 to be enforced. This is to ensure the safety of all patrons, working staff and players.
