Ringing In 2024 With Ringers Western: Canterbury Meets Country in New Deal

Country meets Canterbury, with Ringers Western joining the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs as the Club’s new official uniform partner.

The Australian western clothing and apparel brand will dress the Bulldogs NRL squad, having hosted a range of fittings for the off-field attire for season 2024 and beyond.

Bulldogs CEO Aaron Warburton was excited to announce the new multi-year deal, saying the Club had proudly donned Ringers Western at the official 2023 and 2024 Season Launches.

“Ringers Western is a leading brand that was established to suit the needs of hardworking ringers. Now the brand has grown exponentially to be a leading brand that provides quality clothing and footwear that appeals to men and women of all different backgrounds.

“They have already formed strong ties with the rugby league community through partnerships and players, and they dressed our team last year. Thinking of the hardworking timber cutters of Belmore’s origins, there’s no better designer to suit our hardworking needs both on and off the field. We’re delighted that they have joined our Club in an official capacity over the next two years and while we work harder than ever to re-establish ourselves as a force in the NRL.”

Ringers Western CEO James Salerno said the brand was thrilled to be bringing the country to Belmore:

“We’re really happy to be partnering with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs and we’re really excited about the direction the Club is headed in,” he said.

“There’s been some really good recent signings and there will be a lot of new faces joining the squad this year. They will be bringing experience and winning culture into the team, and underneath the NRL squad, is a really extensive development program in both the men’s and women’s games.

“With a new breed of Bulldogs coming through, we are really excited to say that we will be part of the next few years.”

The retail brand began when the founding team were out mustering on their cattle station, discussing their clothes that weren’t fit for purpose and the topic kept coming up: If anyone else could make shirts, why not us?

The crew and their families banded together to make it happen, and now the brand can be found in hundreds of stockists across the country and has grown to become a global brand. From humble beginnings much like the Berries of 1935, to now where they are heavily involved in numerous sports teams around the country.

Salerno said Ringers was drawn to the Club by their commitment to the community and helping individuals to prosper: “NRL and sport go hand in hand with Ringers Western and to align with a Club with such a proud and rich history is a privilege for us. We look forward to watching the mighty Bulldogs have a great year on and off the field.”

The Bulldogs will wear their Ringers Western uniform at formal events and appearances, with their new attire first worn at the official 2024 Season Launch event. The uniforms are complete with a white button-down shirt, navy pants, brown leather belt and shoes, and the Lawson Blazer, all of which are available to purchase at: https://www.ringerswestern.com/
