Pre-Season Challenge News: Bulldogs side confirmed to face Raiders

The Bulldogs have taken their first steps towards the 2023 NRL season, by naming a strong side to take on the Raiders at Ack Weyman Oval on Sunday afternoon (3:55PM AEDT).

New recruits Ryan Sutton, Andrew Davey, Blake Wilson and Jacob Preston will make their first game day appearances for the Bulldogs while returning stars Reed Mahoney, Fa'amanu Brown and Josh Reynolds take up the club colours for the very first time again since their prior departure.

The match promises to be a fascinating look at the early form of the 2023 squad, after a tough pre-season under the leadership of new Head Coach, Cameron Ciraldo.

Before the main trial starting at 3:55PM, the Bulldogs Jersey Flegg side will take on their Raiders counterparts at 1:45PM to add further interest to what should be a great afternoon of football for all.

The NRL Pre-Season Challenge will be televised live on Fox Sports and Kayo.
