Bulldogs v Sea Eagles: Round 25 Pregame Notes

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs will host their last match of the season against the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles on Friday September 2nd at Accor Stadium, kicking off at 6:00PM AEST in Round 25 of the 2022 NRL Premiership.

The match will mark career milestones for several Bulldog's players. Jeremy Marshall-King and Raymond Faitala-Mariner running out for their 100th NRL appearance. Whilst Josh Addo-Carr will feature in his 150th NRL career game against the Sea Eagles.

Bulldogs: Back rower Corey Waddell has been named to start at second row after returning from suspension, with Tevita Pangai Junior also making a welcome return to the line-up.

Sea Eagles: Kaeo Weekes will start at fullback, with Tolutau Koula shifting to centre and Ben Trbojevic to the bench. Andrew Davey and Dylan Walker have been named to start and Ethan Bullemor rounding off the bench.

Matt Burton v Kieran Foran: Both players have played every single game this season for their respective teams. They will face off in the last round of the year when both sides meet at Accor Stadium. Burton has averaged 429.6 kicking metres with the boot, accumulating 14 try assists and 14 linebreak assists. Foran has provided to stability for the his side all year. The former Bulldog would be happy to overcome his battle with injuries within the last 12 months. The Sea Eagles will be hoping to send him off with a win before his move to the Gold Coast.
