Round 22 Team News: Line-up confirmed to tackle Warriors

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have confirmed their line-up to face the New Zealand Warriors at Mt Smart Stadium on Friday 12th August, kicking off at 6:00PM AEST (8:00PM NZST) in Round 22 of the 2022 NRL Premiership.

Latest Bulldog's debutant Harrison Edwards will start in the back row, with Jackson Topine reverting to the bench.

It will be the first time the club has touched down in Auckland, since our last fixture against the Warriors in Round 1, 2019 due to the COVID-19 epidemic.

A homecoming for numerous players in the Bulldog's line-up, the side will feature kiwi-born players in Jeremy Marshall-King, Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Jackson Topine and Zach Dockar-Clay. 

Bulldogs forward Tevita Pangai Junior will be unavailable for our encounter with the Warriors. Pangai Junior has remained in Australia for family reasons.

Coach Mick Potter has opted for Raymond Faitala-Mariner to take his place at lock to start against the Auckland-based outfit. Faitala-Mariner will run out for his 100th Bulldogs club appearance when comes up against the same club he made his NRL debut for in 2015.

Forward Kurtis Morrin has been named as the Bulldog's 18th man.
