Watene-Zelezniak takes early guilty plea

Dallin Watene-Zelezniak has taken the early guilty plea on a careless high tackle and will miss two matches.

Watene-Zelezniak was charged by the match review committee following the Bulldogs' loss to the Penrith Panthers on Saturday with a grade two careless high tackle on Penrith halfback Nathan Cleary in the 71st minute of the match.

He was facing a three week suspension if he was unsuccessful at the judiciary.

The outside back will now return for the Round five match against the Melbourne Storm and will have 25 carry-over points.
