Junior Reps Round 4 Results: SG Ball continue unbeaten streak

Canterbury-Bankstown played host to all three Round 4 junior representative fixtures last weekend at Hammondville Oval.

The club’s SG Ball Cup side remain undefeated for the season, with a 22-6 win over the Penrith Panthers, while both the Tarsha Gale and Harold Matthews team suffered defeats to the Raiders and Panthers respectively.

Tarsha Gale

Our Tarsha Gale Cup side fell to a strong Canberra Raiders outfit on Saturday at Hammondville Oval. Anneka Wilson and Sara Sautia scored back-to-back to get Canterbury-Bankstown in the contest, though the visitors blistering start to the match was too much for the girls.

Harold Matthews

The Bulldogs Harold Matthews team suffered a 2-point loss against the Penrith Panthers. The fixture was in the balance for the majority of the match, ending in a low scoring affair 12-10.

SG Ball

Our SG Ball Cup side have kept their unbeaten run alive after dispatching the Panthers 22-6. Bayley Cox opened the scoring in the 8th minute slipping through a hole beside the post. Tries to Paul Alamoti and Khaled Rajab in quick succession towards the end of the half putting the result out of reach for the visitors.
