The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs suffered a 20-10 defeat to the Wests Tigers in their Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership Elimination Final at Campbelltown Sports Stadium.

Patricia Raikadroka opened the scoring for the Wests Tigers inside the opening 10 minutes, before Bulldogs fullback Haneen Zreika grabbed Canterbury’s first of the afternoon with a brilliant show and go to split the Tigers defence and level the scores at 6-all

Christine Kani added a second for the hosts to extend their lead to 10-6 and head into the break with a four-point lead.

Wests Tigers grabbed the first four pointer of the second half when Sophie Curtain kicked ahead for herself and regathered to score. Emily Curtain converted the try to hand the Tigers a 10-point lead with 15 minutes left.

Quincy Dodd hit back for the visitors when she crashed over from dummy half to set up a grandstand finish with seven minutes left on the clock.

With a minute left on the clock, Tigers winger Ana Fekila's scored in the corner to seal a 20-10 victory for the Wests Tigers and end the Bulldogs 2020 season.
