John Grealy appointed new General Manager of the Junior League

The Canterbury-Bankstown District Junior Rugby League has today announced the appointment of John Grealy to the role of General Manager.

Grealy comes with a strong understanding of the local junior league set-up as the current President of the St Christopher’s Junior Club, a position that he has held since 2004.

In addition, he performed the role of Treasurer at the club between 2002-03 and has twice received the CBDJRL Volunteer of the Year Award in 2010 and 2017.

John has also been involved with other sporting clubs in the area as a Treasurer of the St Christopher’s Cricket Club, Treasurer of the Bankstown District Cricket Association and Manager of the St George Grade Club - Green Shield side.

John, who will stand down from his President’s role with St Christopher’s to take up his new position, will commence in his new role next week and will be based at the Belmore Sportsground.
