Road to the finals still alive

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs remain in the hunt to finish in the top eight following the conclusion of round 23.

Canterbury currently sit on 20 competition points and should the Dogs grab victories from their final two matches against the Cowboys and Broncos, and six other results go their way, they would find themselves in the finals.

The Bulldogs have won four in a row and since round 15, Dean Pay’s men have won six of their eight matches with all of those wins coming against sides who were in the top eight at the time.

The six results below which the club needs to go their way to cement a spot in the 2019 finals series:

Round 24:

Eels beat Broncos, Roosters beat Panthers, Titans beat Knights, Dragons beat Tigers.

Round 25:

Sharks beat Tigers, Knights beat Panthers.
