Pangai to miss Bulldogs match

Brisbane Broncos forward Tevita Pangai jnr will miss his sides clash with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in round 25.

Pangai jnr has been suspended for five matches after failing to have a dangerous contact charge downgraded at the judiciary on Tuesday night.

The 23-year old was charged with a grade two dangerous contact to the head/neck of James Maloney following their win over the Penrith Panthers last weekend and sought to have the charge downgraded to a grade one.

The forward was unsuccessful and will miss his club's final game of the regular season against the Bulldogs in round 25 at ANZ Stadium.
