M & J Chickens extend sponsorship for further three years

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have been able to create a 20-year relationship with a local company after M & J Chickens agreed to sign on as sleeve sponsor for a further three years.

M & J Chickens' relationship with the Bulldogs dates back to 2003, with the club claiming a Premiership in the very next season.

During that period the relationship has grown from strength to strength. M & J Chickens have grown their business with their customers in conjunction with the Bulldogs.

M & J Chickens have also been a major driver of community alignment with the Bulldogs and have been a significant partner of Bulldogs Community Events.

Bulldogs Chief Executive Andrew Hill was delighted to be able to extend the relationship with M & J Chickens to 20 years:

"Being able to embark on a long-term partnership with a local company is rare in the modern world of sport and we are delighted that we have been able to extend our partnership with M & J Chickens for a further three years.

M & J Chickens have shown great loyalty and longevity during that period and share values that have enhanced our alignment and made a real difference in the community.

To have a partnership reach 20 years is a great reflection of the shared values of both organisations and we look forward to continuing that into the future."

M & J Chickens CEO, Sam Phylactou, was also looking forward to continuing the successful partnership :

"From humble beginnings in a shop at Wiley Park to becoming a national chicken business, we are delighted to have forged such a strong relationship with the Bulldogs that will now reach the 20 year mark. That relationship has been based on mutual respect and strong ties with the community.

Rugby League is in our DNA, and it is a privilege to be aligned with an iconic Club and a proud community.

Our shared values and outlook have meant that the relationship has been beneficial for both sides and we look forward to continuing that partnership into the future."
