The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs walked away with three victories and three defeats from the various NSWRL competitions last weekend.
On Saturday, the club’s Harold Matthews and SG Ball teams both registered strong victories over the North Sydney Bears with the 16s claiming a 36-10 win and finishing fourth on the ladder at the end of the regular season.
The 18s produced an outstanding performance, winning 50-16 and finishing fifth on the ladder to qualify for the finals this weekend.
On Sunday, the club's Jersey Flegg team recorded an impressive 38-10 win over the Bears to start their season with three straight victories and be sitting in second position on the ladder, while the Canterbury Cup side went down to North Sydney, 42-0.
In the women’s competitions, the Bulldogs went down to the Cronulla Sharks in round nine of the Tarsha Gale 32-6 and were also beaten by the Sharks in the third game of the Harvey Norman Women’s premiership, 22-0.
