Round 3 Canterbury Cup and Jersey Flegg Team News

The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs Canterbury Cup and Jersey Flegg teams have been named for their round three fixtures against the Wests Magpies and the Wests Tigers.

Both grades will play before the NRL fixture at Campbelltown on Sunday March 31, with the reserve grade team playing the Magpies at 1.50pm and the under 20s kicking off against the Tigers at 12pm.

The Canterbury Cup team head into this week’s fixture off the back of a two-point defeat last weekend, as well as a host of team changes.

Marcelo Montoya, Christian Crichton, Raymond Faitala-Mariner, Danny Fualalo and Sauaso Sue have all been named in Brad Henderson’s team, as well as Fa’amanu Brown who returns from a long lay off due to a foot injury.

Meanwhile, David Penna’s Jersey Flegg team head to Campbelltown off the back of an impressive 36-10 victory over the Parramatta Eels last weekend.

Penna has named a strong line-up for their round three clash with the Wests Tigers, who had a 28-all draw with the New Zealand Warriors in round two.
