The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs in partnership with the New South Wales Rugby League and National Rugby League are launching the districts inaugural U15 Girls League Tag competition.

This exciting initiative will provide the opportunity to involve more girls in our game as part of the club's strategy to increase female participation on and off the field. League Tag is perfect for those girls who'd like to play rugby league but aren't confident yet with the contact aspect of the game.

The competition will kick off on Sunday 1st July with games being played as part of the Canterbury-Bankstown Junior League on Sundays. It will consist of six rounds before semi-finals and a grand final on Belmore Sports Ground.

Girls will register and play for one of our 13 Junior League clubs in their club colours. Shorts with Velcro and tags will be provided.

Girls aged 12, 13, 14 and 15 are permitted to play. 11 year olds and girls who turn 16 in 2018 are not permitted to play.

This competition is perfect for first timers and experienced League Tag players alike.
Registrations are now open and teams are filling fast. Please contact Ben James of the NSWRL for details on how to register and get involved.
