The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are pleased to announce that Metro Petroleum have come on board as a club sponsor.

Metro Petroleum are the largest independent fuel retailer and franchisor in New South Wales. It is a company that started in 1983 and is 100 per cent Australian owned. The company operates over 250 Convenience stores throughout Australia, with its large fleet of tanker trucks, merchandising and promotional programs, all contributing to its continued growth.

Managing Director, Mr John Dib and CEO, Mr George Dib, stated that they see a perfect alignment between the two parties, in terms of being family orientated and Metro Petroleum’s heavy presence in the Canterbury-Bankstown area:

“We look forward to working closely with, and supporting the Bulldogs community”, said John and George.

Bulldogs Chief Executive Andrew Hill was equally as supportive of the partnership:

"It is always a great situation when a sporting club can align itself with a company that has a strong connection to the local area. We feel as though that connection is important as we are a family club that values the tremendous support we get each year from all of our fans. We are delighted to welcome Metro Petroleum on board as a Bulldogs sponsor."
