Players Visit Dubbo to assist with Gala Day

On Sunday April 8, we sent Josh Jackson, Zac Woolford & Adam Elliott out to Dubbo to assist with the St John’s JRLFC Gala Day.

Josh addressed the groups to encourage them to have fun, but also play by the rules and listen to the referees.

With over 300 children attending they were treated to the players participating in activities and assisting throughout the day.

All three Bulldogs players came up through the Country rugby league system and each recognised the passion that was shown throughout the day.

They made sure the children were equipped with basic skills, including how to pass, kick and tackle. The day was concluded with a presentation of prizes with the players happy to see so many smiles on faces.

Children were encouraged to continue participating in rugby league throughout the year with the season kicking off in a couple of weeks.

A huge thank you to Maas Property Group for making the day happen.
