For the first time ever NSWRL will live stream up to 20 matches across all four senior competitions throughout September, taking the NSWRL Finals Series to its widest audience ever.
All nine Intrust Super Premiership NSW finals matches will be broadcast live either through the NSWRL website or on FOX League.
The announcement was made at this morning's NSWRL Finals Series Captains' Call along with the naming of the 2017 Intrust Super Premiership NSW Team of the Year.
Also in an historic first, select Ron Massey Cup, Sydney Shield and Harvey Norman NSW Women’s Premiership competition Finals Series matches will be streamed live on the NSWRL website.
“This in-depth streaming commitment, combined with FOX League’s excellent coverage, means more fans than ever will be able to watch their teams – and witness some great Rugby League,” NSWRL General Manager of Football Barrie-Jon Mather said.
“Our commitment in this state isn’t just to our elite teams – and this announcement showcases how highly we regard all of our pathways programs and competitions.
“This is a huge step forward for the NSWRL and something we’re incredibly excited about. With never-before-seen levels of match coverage and digital content, it should prove a special September.”
