Warriors NRL skipper Roger Tuivasa-Sheck will not play against the Bulldogs in Dunedin on Friday.

The fullback has failed to overcome a concussion after a head knock late in the first half of the Warriors' 26-10 loss to the Melbourne Storm in Round Two.

Tuimoala Lolohea, who was originally named on an extended bench on Tuesday, will now replace Tuivasa-Sheck at fullback.

Former captain Ryan Hoffman will lead the side in Tuivasa-Sheck's absence.
