See what the player's got up to throughout training during the week at Belmore.
Throughout the week the players underwent a number of weights sessions, indoor cardio sessions, skills sessions, team structure and plenty of fitness on the field.
The week also saw the players participate in a strongman session as well as doing plenty of recovery, including a massage to prepare themselves for each day.
