Take a look back at the seven weeks of training leading into Christmas.

Throughout the seven weeks, the players have underwent a number of weights sessions, indoor cardio sessions, skills sessions and plenty of fitness on the field.

The summer has also been an opportunity for many of the new faces and rookies to impress the coaching staff.

The playing group has also had the opportunity to share a training session with the club's Harold Matthews and SG Ball squads, as well as play a bit of golf with sponsors and corporate partners.

The players will now break for the Christmas period and will return to Belmore ahead of the 2017 season in early January.
