A snapshot look at what happened at Belmore in the sixth week of the pre-season.

Throughout the week the players underwent a number of weights sessions, indoor cardio sessions, skills sessions and plenty of fitness on the field.

The week also saw the players participate in a strongman session as well as doing plenty of recovery, including a massage to prepare themselves for each day.

The players also spent an afternoon with the Harold Matthews and SG ball squads for a combined club training session.

The playing squad ended the week with a round of golf at Bankstown Golf Club with with key business stakeholders.
