The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs are pleased to welcome some new additions into the High Performance department for season 2017 to deliver our football programme alongside current high performance staff.

Andrew Patmore – Pathways Performance Manager

Fresh from coaching the Bulldogs NSW Cup side to a finals berth in 2016 and many years of service in the clubs high performance department, Andy was appointed to the role of Pathways Performance Manager. After a an extensive recruitment process; Andy’s educational experience, knowledge of the club and passion for mentoring young players proved he was the right fit for the new role.  Andy will be responsible for developing, documenting and delivering the Pathways Programme from 20s downwards.  These programs will include both High Performance and Junior Rugby League for players and coaches.

Warren McDonnell – Recruitment Manager

The Bulldogs have been seeking a fresh approach to recruitment and with the head recruitment manager role open the club wanted a bigger focus on finding not only the best young talent available but with particular focus in the Canterbury-Bankstown junior rugby league district. Warren joins us from West Tigers and has over 17 years’ experience in recruitment and junior league development with proven success of identifying local juniors that have gone on to play NRL for the Wests Tigers. 

Rubin Ruzicka – Strength and Power Coach

Rubin joins the Bulldogs to take charge of the Strength and Power programme at the club. Following successful stints at Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, Manly Rugby Union, New Zealand Rugby League and Samoa Rugby League where he has had extensive experience and a proven track record of teams showing strong improvements in speed and power, Rubin is a sound coach to take reigns at Belmore.

Brad Henderson – NYC U20’s Coach

Brad will step up as the new head coach of the Bulldogs NYC Team after crafting his skills as our under 20’s assistant coach. Brad has extensive experience in coaching of young players and has a passion for athlete development both on and off the field. Brad will return to Belmore to kick off the year with the new squad in the next few weeks.
