Finals Series Launch: Graham

See what James Graham had to say about this year's Finals Series and what chance the Bulldogs have of winning the Premiership.

on your battle with Sam Burgess…

It’s all good. We both love our respective clubs and I guess it would have been entertaining for people watching on.

on the incident involving Sam…

It would have been a funny one to get charged for, but it’s not for to talk about referees and match review decisions.

on Will Hopoate sitting out…

Will’s been a very important part of this team’s success in getting us to the finals. We were all aware of this situation and we all stand behind will and his decision. We had a month in the middle of the year where we could practice this situation, so it’s nothing new and nothing we haven’t been prepared for. I fully support Will and his decision.

BE THERE at Allianz Stadium on Sunday, September 11 and support your Bulldogs as we fight to continue our finals campaign and take on Penrith Panthers in a must-win elimination final. Get your tickets here: www.nrl.com.au/tickets

on the Panthers…

They’re a very young and exciting football team at the minute. They’re playing really well and the back end of the year has seen them pick up the results. I think that’s off the back of enthusiasm and some really great talented players. It’s going to be a really tough ask for us on Sunday, but one that we’re really looking forward to taking on. We’re really excited to be a part of this finals series and let’s see where we can go.

on the Bulldogs form…

We’ve haven’t dwelled on that. In an ideal world we would have liked to of finished in the top four, but it’s not to be. Look, we’ve got a chance and we’ve got to be excited.

on the Bulldogs attack…

We have our style and we play how we play. It’s not easy to attack on the try line, but in terms of tries scored we are not that far behind the minor premiers the Melbourne Storm. We’re in for a shot whether the attack is brilliant, great or in different. Opposition defences have always been strong and it’s up to us to come up with the answers to get through that. There are parts of our game that we would like to improve.
