Head Coach Paul McGregor has named his 17 for the Queen’s Birthday Public Holiday blockbuster which sees fullback Jason Nightingale continue in the number one jersey for the injured Josh Dugan.

Dugan underwent minor elbow surgery after being ruled out of Origin one and will be sidelined until at least the Round 17.

Siliva Havili replaces Josh McCrone in the Dragons 17 in the only change to the side from their last-start Round 12 victory.

Origin hopeful Tyson Frizell will partner Joel Thompson in the second-row and Kurt Mann has been named on the wing, despite starting the season at fullback.

The Dragons come into the round 14 fixture in ninth position and on the same points as the Bulldogs.

Fresh off a bye, the Dragons will be looking to erase the memory of last year’s elimination final that saw the lead change several times in a see-sawing final few minutes before a Josh Reynolds field goal ended the contest in golden point.
